Expand Authorized Users

When a pilot expands or a company moves to production, the authorized user count may need to be increased. Expansion must be handled through the order, machine code, and License file process.

Common Symptoms

  • New users cannot use Duli.
  • The admin console reports that the authorized user count is insufficient.
  • The number of organization users exceeds the License count.

What to Check First

  • Current License user count and expiration date.
  • Whether the expansion order or business confirmation is complete.
  • Whether the machine code matches the current deployment environment.
  • Whether the latest License has been imported.
  1. Confirm the current used user count and required expansion count.
  2. Submit the expansion request through the website, business, or implementation process.
  3. Download and import the new License file.
  4. Verify that newly added users can log in and use Duli.

When to Contact an Administrator or Operations Team

  • The issue affects multiple users or the whole company.
  • The fix requires restarting production services, replacing certificates, changing databases, changing file services, or updating License files.
  • Provide the failure time, impact scope, screenshots, account information, client version, server address, and related logs when reporting the issue.
