Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Confirm that the client environment, such as the system and network, is correct.
  1. Check the network access from the client to the server and if the service ports are open.
  2. Inspect the server's CPU, memory, disk I/O, and disk space.
  3. Finally, check the log directory under the server installation path and troubleshoot based on the corresponding xxx.log logs.
