File Transfer Failed?

1. Test if text messages are working normally.

2. If text messages are normal, check if the server and local storage space are sufficient. If the file service is deployed independently, check the status of the file server.
3. For large file transfer failures or error code 1002, check if the sender has enabled a firewall or added the client application to the firewall's trusted list.
