How to Obtain Client Logs
- Locate the log directory under the installation path of the PC client and troubleshoot based on the corresponding xxx.log logs.
- Open the client, click on "Me" - "About" - "Feedback", upload the logs, and then have the administrator go to the management dashboard, click on "Feedback" to download the logs. Please provide these logs to us.
