Please visit our official website to contact us, describing the issue or fault you are currently experiencing. Provide the latest logs and, if possible, the following information to facilitate troubleshooting:
- System environment. For example, CentOS 7.
- Server version number, which can be found at the bottom of the management dashboard page.
- Fault phenomenon. For example, unable to log in. You can take a screenshot of the specific error interface and describe the specific abnormal behavior.
- Steps to reproduce the fault. For example, if client message sending/receiving fails, describe the specific steps.
- Time of the issue. For example, it occurred at 9:00 AM on May 11, 2022. An approximate time is sufficient.
